At Apex Culture, we understand that sometimes circumstances arise where you may not be completely satisfied with your purchase.
That's why we have extended our return or exchange policy timeframe from the date of purchase. If your items meet the following criteria, we are happy to accept orders for return or exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase:
- The items must be unused and in brand new condition.
- Items must not be washed
- The items must have all the original tags attached and in good condition.

Kindly note that you have the option to either use your preferred shipping method to return your items or utilize our shipping service for a flat package convenience fee of $7.00. If you choose to use your own label, please send the return to the address provided below:

Shipping service for items that are being exchanged is offered at no charge.
Please be aware that if you have multiple orders to process along with a single return, each return must be packaged separately in its original order with its corresponding return label attached.
Please take note that all "Get a Free Product" or "Buy One, Get One" purchases are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Please be advised that items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged. Additionally, Gift Card purchases are also considered final sale and are non-returnable or non-exchangeable.
Regrettably, international orders are not eligible for exchanges. You may return your order; however, please note that Apex Culture is not accountable for any shipping expenses or customer fees that may incur.
