Because production begins after an order enters fulfillment, cancellation or modification requests are subject to the order's current processing status.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests submitted before production begins, but changes are not guaranteed once fulfillment has started.

Production times and shipping times are separate. Delivery estimates depend on the product, fulfillment provider, destination, and carrier.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses and contact information.
